Maintenance Technician –

Tohono Chul seeks a team-oriented Maintenance Technician who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and who is well-suited to working collaboratively with staff and volunteers. Responsible for preserving the good condition and functionality of Tohono Chul’s grounds, buildings, vehicles and equipment. This position will perform tasks of great variety such as general cleaning, landscaping, irrigation, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Will be responsible for supervising the Custodian position. Working conditions include outdoor environment, extreme temperatures, cleaning materials and equipment and lifts or carries heavy objects. This position requires a workweek of Saturday through Wednesday and occasional work on evenings, nights, and holidays. View the rest of the job description here.

Membership Coordinator –

Tohono Chul seeks a team-oriented membership coordinator who is well-suited to working collaboratively with staff, docents, and volunteers.  This position provides comprehensive, high-quality customer care to members, prospective members, donors and customers via telephone, email and face-to-face.  Responsible for processing memberships, donations and other event contributions including all related correspondence while maintaining accurate records using Raiser’s Edge software.  The Membership Coordinator also assists with new member tours, events and works closely with the Philanthropy Associate to ensure that all members and donors feel welcomed as part of the Tohono Chul family.  This position requires occasional work on weekends, evenings, nights and holidays.

Groundskeeper –
