Because of the distinctive atmosphere of the demonstration gardens, historic homes and lush environment, we are a sought after location for weddings, receptions and large or small gatherings. No matter the time of year, something is always in bloom and the setting is perfect for any activity.

Tohono Chul’s showplace grounds and facilities offer many opportunities for those planning special activities. Whether the occasion is for 10 or 200, the remarkable ambiance of our gardens makes every moment memorable.

Garden Rentals

Full Garden Ceremony & Reception- Maximum 300

Available: 5pm to 11pm (reception starts at 6pm)

Includes: ceremony chairs, twinkle lights (Oct.-April), Prior Day Rehearsal space (must be finished by 3pm)

Evenings: $4,800 (up to 150 guests)
Food & Beverage Minimum: $3,000

Ceremony in the Performance Garden /Reception in the Garden Bistro- Maximum 120

Available: 5pm to 11pm (reception starts at 6pm)
Includes:  ceremony chairs (up to 120 guests), tables, chair and linens with evening lighting on the Hummingbird patio. Poor weather back-up room for 80 people. Prior Day Rehearsal space (must be finished by 3pm)
Evenings: $1,950

Food & Beverage Minimum: $1,500, $2,500 months of October, March, April

Daily 8am to 3pm: $1,500, includes 280 chairs (2 hour block). No food or beverage.

Ceremony in the Demonstration Garden/Wilson Room Reception: Maximum 50. (No chairs allowed in Demonstration Garden)

Available: 9am to 12pm or 1pm to 4pm

Desert Discovery Education Center Meeting Room

The Desert Discovery Education Center meeting room is located on the southeast corner of the Park off of Northern Avenue. This 600-square-foot room is available for both Park and community meetings. The meeting room is a multi-use space with audio/visual presentation capabilities. This unique space is a great addition to the attractive and welcoming setting of Tohono Chul Park and is appropriate for meetings and retreats.

Tohono Chul Gardens, Galleries & Bistro is a private non-profit 501(c)(3) botanical garden and nature preserve. We open our gardens to the public to celebrate special occasions and enjoy the beauty of the gardens in addition to our mission of promoting the nature, art and culture of the Sonoran Desert. Although thousands have happily celebrated special occasions in our gardens and Garden Bistro, the Park does not employ event staff. The Garden Bistro is a separate entity from the Park and holds the food and beverage license for the gardens. No outside food is allowed.
