How to Plan a Gift to Tohono Chul –

Bequests from a will or trust are the most common tools used to plan a gift to Tohono Chul.  You may specify the rest and residue, a certain percentage or a certain amount.  For sample bequest language to assist you and your legal counsel or financial planning professional, simply click here on Bequests.

The second simple and very common means of planning a gift through your estate, is to make Tohono Chul a beneficiary of a retirement asset or insurance policy.  This will allow any remaining assets or value of your 401k/IRA or life insurance policy to become a gift to Tohono Chul.  For more information about a gift through your 401K/IRA or insurance policy click here.

Finally, you may choose to work with your attorney or estate planning professional to craft a Charitable Trust or Chariable Gift Annuity….
